Relational, talk-based work — the foundation everything else rests on. It builds safety, and works with attachment ruptures and the relational patterns that shape how you move through the world.
Body-oriented trauma work, developed by Dr Peter Levine. It pays attention to what the body holds — tension, held breath, a racing heart — because trauma lives there, not only in your thoughts. This is my strongest and most-used approach.

Using a light touch, I tune into the subtle rhythms of this system and support your body's own self-correcting response. Many people notice a sense of calm, clarity and ease after a session. Where it's part of your work together, a typical series is 6–12 sessions.
Drawn on when relevant, yoga therapy supports nervous system regulation, helping the body find its way back to a settled, resourced state.
