In-person sessions at 5 Eliza Street, in the old Newtown School of Arts building. This is a practice for women aged 30 and over, with individual sessions. Online sessions are possible case by case.
Book a free 15-min call →My practice sits inside a piece of real local history on Eliza Street, a short walk from King Street. Clients often tell me they feel the atmosphere before we've even begun — calm, grounded, a little bit beautiful. That matters more than people expect when the work is about learning to feel safe in your body again.
I work with people from Newtown and right across the Inner West — Enmore, Erskineville, St Peters, Camperdown, Stanmore, Marrickville — as well as clients who travel in from further afield because they specifically want somatic therapy, not just talk therapy.
Nicole's patience, calm, and her ability to communicate in a way that built trust allowed me to process experiences safely and move more freely through life.

No. Most in-person clients come from across the Inner West — Enmore, Erskineville, St Peters, Camperdown, Stanmore and Marrickville — and some travel further to work with Nicole as a somatic therapist. Online sessions are open to anyone in Australia.
Newtown station and the King Street bus routes are both close by, and there's street parking around Eliza Street. I'll send exact directions once your first session is booked.
